We moved from Baltimore to Tupelo two years ago and this posed a substantial internet challenge for me since I have extensive computer needs but always had an assistant to do this work at the hospital. My specific computer needs were quite diverse but possibly most challenging was PowerPoint with all of its PowerPoint baggage. Carmen worked me through all of these issues to the extent that I now feel confident in my current skills for most Internet activities including PowerPoint.
I cannot say enough good things about Carmen. She is calm, very skilled and a delight to work with. I would hire her in a minute if I could.
