When we moved to Tupelo in 2013 we needed to establish a connection with a Tupelo company to set up a home business computer network and combine printing, fax and copy with wireless capability. We tried another company first, then we found Active DataComm. They were able to make our Windows 8 computers operate on the Windows 7 system that we understood and establish all the bells and whistles that we needed to conduct our business. Our technician Carmen has not only setup our system, but is usually available to help when we hit a snag. Carmen is a real gem. Now only is she extremely knowledgeable, but have the ability to teach us what we know.
